The following photos are of coloring sheets that I worked on just recently to get my mind off of patterns of paranoia and intrusive thoughts. I have talked with my therapist (counselor) about it and he agreed for me to do it from time to time.
The last time I did this kind of post was back during this past summer time and it was also about coloring sheets that I found online from sites that came up in my Google search for them.
Anyway, this time I have used famous actor Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Pop Queen Taylor Swift.
The coloring sheet below is of a butterfly that I did in reference to my favorite artists: Mariah Carey and Katy Perry's aesthetics for their albums: Butterfly (Carey, 1997) and 143 (Perry, 2024). Butterflies are pretty beings and they always bring some form of magic and beauty to me whenever I see them dancing and flying among flowers and plants outside in my mother's gardens, 1 in American Samoa and another here in the United States.
And finally, because Halloween 2024 falls this week on this upcoming Thursday, I thought to work on a sheet that has to do with it. And here it is! It's a Halloween Cat and what better animal to symbolize this spooky holiday with than a cat? This cat is orange colored because it is one of my favorite hues on a cat and also because orange is one of the symbolic elements of Halloween, together with black. I hope you like it...here it is!
